At Broadway and 28th, Manhattan Flight Simulator Training offers time on the simulator to get your license and 'maintain currency'.
Pogo
OK, it's not like soaring over the city Superman-style. But the Flybar – not your father's Pogo stick – helped break a world record: a pogo stick bounce of seven feet, six inches.
Balloons
The Hudson Valley always looks good to us at ground level, but you can get a whole new perspective of the region with a Blue Sky Balloons flight. Captain Bill Hughes has been flying balloons since 1970.
Trapeze School

At Long Island Skydiving in East Moriches, they say they can have first-timers dive-ready in as little as an hour for a tandem freefall.
