The mountains are dealing. Just keep in mind that most offers are not valid during holiday periods.
NEW YORK
Belleayre: Wednesdays, $20 lift tickets and Fridays, $25, all season long.
Gore: Lots of bargainy ski-and-stay packages, mostly three nights or longer.
Hunter: The Beginner Try-Pak, $109, gets you three visits with reduced lift ticket price, equipment rental, and a group lesson. Ages 13 and older.
Windham: Sign on for the night shift, 4pm-9pm, and skiing is only $35. Available Fridays and Saturdays through 2/26.
MASSACHUSETTS
Butternut: Lift ticket and lodging, Sunday through Thursday, for as little as $45 a day per person. Plus lots of other offers.
Catamount: Mondays through Fridays, day tickets (9am-4pm) are just $27. Monday lift tickets are $19 when you purchase online.
Jiminy Peak: Check the website home page for e-coupons good for lift ticket discounts on select days.
VERM ONT
Bromley: On Family Fridays, parents and two kids ski for $118.
Killington: Five ski days and five nights lodging, $82 per person (from $58 late season), for four people in a 1-bedroom condo or two in a motel. Tax, service fees are extra.
Magic: Sunday afternoon lift tickets are only $25.
Mount Snow: FANfare cards, $79, get you 50% off midweek tickets, $25% off weekends, 10% off holidays.
Stowe: Pay with an AmEx card and you get a four-day ticket for the price of a three-day ticket.
Stratton: On Sunday afternoons, a family of four can ski Stratton for $99. Bonus: a pizza.
MAINE
Sugarloaf: From 2/18-2/27, you can get a package for as low as $119 per person—lodging, daily lift tickets and access to the fitness center or spa.
PENNSYLVANIA
Shawnee: For $99 a day, you can ski and stay midweek at the Shawnee Inn.
