games… Three days of cool street games starts tomorrow, thanks to the Come Out & Play Festival 2006. Play Plundr — a pirate and black market trading game, Space Invaders on the side of a building, and Sleuth — a master criminal is loose in the city and you have to track him down.


art… At Wessel + O'Connor Fine Art, 111 Front [Washington] Bklyn 718.596.1700, an exhibition of homoerotically charged and rather disturbing images from fashion photographer Steven Klein. They're not particularly work safe, but you can see more here.


movie… Gael García Bernal, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Alain Chabat star in the fractured romantic fantasy called The Science of Sleep, which opens tomorrow. It's written and directed by Michel Gondry, who directed and co-wrote "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind."


reading… Alexander McCall Smith, author of the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series as well as the Sunday Philosophy Club series, has a new book in the latter group: The Right Attitude to Rain. The author will be at B & N Lincoln Triangle tonight, 7pm.
