There's no shortage of design websites and blogs. But a new one with an especially appealing vibe is called – quirky spelling and all – YouSayTomayto.
Created by a young Brit in New York, the mandate is for objects that "combine form and function in equal measure."
Right now, there are a few dozen choices: the inexpensive, punning Noming Vases ($15, pictured), clever wall decals, a Reality Pig Bank (the size of a cat, the shape of a pig), and Michael Meredith's Ivy Coat Rack, described as "either a coat rack for people who hate coat racks or a piece of sculpture for people who hate coats."
