Ali Blake Bags

Bag obsessives, one of your own has launched a brand-new company called Ali Blake. The obsessive in question, Ali Pulver, also turns out to be a talented designer - the bags are delightful.

For now, two lines…One is the Tilli, with vinyl exteriors (many have a single bold color) and black satin linings. The second is the Gemini, with prints featuring vintage floral patterns, sushi pieces or planets, among others. The line's distinctive features: all the bags are reversible and can have their sides tapped in to make the bag look triangular. Handles are made of Lucite.

They cost $80-$90 and are available at the website, and downtown at K Yamak, 321 Bleecker [Christopher/Grove] 212.807.9100.
