theater Brooklynite, a new musical starting January 30 at the Vineyard, has interesting parents: it is based on characters created by Michael Chabon and Ayelet Waldman, inspired by the Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co., a score by Peter Lerman and it's being directed by Michael Mayer. With any luck, a show that will be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
