The installations, by such artists as Barbara Segal, Luisa Caldwell, and Steve Jensen, range from Caldwell's "Firejet" (pictured) in Jackie Robinson Park to Segal's "Drawn to Water" in Morningside Park that will feature several fabricated large lily pads in the pond below the waterfall, complete with floating mechanical dragonflies, butterflies, and other insects. The festival runs through September 30th.
